In a totally expected development, global carriers unveiled the "Enjoyment Tax." after finding themselves without new sources of revenue. Other proposals included a "beard tax", "ugliness fee" and the "clean shoes fee", occasional outbreaks of passenger satisfaction was all that was left. Any signs of joy, happiness, optimism, or "any unauthorized positive attitudes" will be unflinchingly taxed. As the spokesplane put it "We've done everything in our power to suck out all the happiness in flying, but occasional outbreaks of joy remain"
